 Shalimar Presbyterian Church , the little church with a big heart, is an active faith community with opportunities for people of all ages. An extensive range of Church Activities helps us know each other, and serve God. We'd love to greet you personally!

SPC opens our doors to everyone seeking to come to know Jesus Christ. The Presbyterian Church (USA) welcomes the engagement of people who hold different positions on varieties of issues and who wish to bring those opinions into conversation with the Bible and with fellow Christians. SPC is a "thinking person's church." We don't promise easy answers but we welcome faithful struggles to find answers.  There is a place for you here!

The Presbyterian Church (USA) practices "open communion." It is the table of the Lord Jesus Christ so he is our host and offers the invitation to all who would follow him. Anyone baptized in any Christian tradition that uses water and baptizes in the name of "Father, Son and Holy Spirit" is welcome to partake. This includes baptized children who are bering nurtured in an understanding of the sacrament.

You don't have to be a member to participate in our worship services or any of our church activities. Everyone is always welcome.

• First-timers: Meet church members at our 'complimentary' lunches held on the first Sunday of every month (after 11:00 worship).
• Families: Church school never rests! Arrive early to orient the children.

However you choose to participate, we hope you'll indicate your presence so we may welcome you and answer questions. Pick up a visitor's packet as you come in or sign our guest book. (We'll be sure you get our newsletter.) Consider attending a visitors lunch on any first Sunday after the service. And of course, coffee is available before and after the services!
